The location of the lodge was beautiful, with a charming pub called the Smiddy Haugh just down the road where we enjoyed delicious breakfasts and lunches. the lodge itself was clean and quiet, providing a peaceful atmosphere for our stay. the living area was spacious and comfortable, allowing us to relax and unwind after our nights out.
More attention could be given to the crockery and cleaning utensils provided, as they seemed outdated and haphazardly gathered.

The location of the lodge was great, with a lovely pub nearby for breakfast or lunch. The place was nice and clean, and it was very quiet, which was exactly what we were looking for during our Easter getaway.
There were a few negatives during our stay. The single beds were not big enough for two adults, and they were quite uncomfortable.
